we only send out as many boxes as we can sharpen properly.
so every knife gets our full attention.
once it's with you, no rush:
send it back whenever it suits you – within 60 days.
the return label is inside, postage paid.

pack & send.
knives into the sleeves, sleeves into the box.
red tape on, return label on – and off to any post office.why red tape?
red means dull, on its way to us.
it tells everyone handling the box what's inside.
it's water-activated: wet it, press it, done.

we sharpen.
every knife is checked and photographed on arrival.
sharpened by hand on tormek wet stones, finished on japanese stones.
thinning or a restore needed? we ask you first.

sharp. back home.
your knives come back in the same box.
the sleeves are yours to keep – for next time.
