free cancellation as long as your box hasn't left us yet. once it's shipped, postage and material are in use – cancellation is no longer possible.

your box is valid for 60 days from the day it ships to you. send us your knives within that time. after that, your order expires – no sharpening, no refund.

thin & restore we only bill these after we've seen your knives and you've said yes. once you've said yes and paid, we get to work – cancellation is no longer possible.

our standard we check every knife before we start. if one can't reach our standard, we tell you first – before we touch it. not happy with the edge? get in touch within 14 days of getting your knives back. we'll find a solution.

products togu.trio and accessories (e.g. cutting boards)

14 days to return, from the day you receive it: – unused and in original packaging – return shipping at your cost, except for defects – refund within 10 days after we receive the return
